My name is Lorraine Warwick

My Practice is based in Penrith, Carlisle and now Appleby, where I have recently moved my home to. I have been in practice over 7 years. My experience of work has been voluntary for Cruse Bereavement, Hope Charity working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse and a school working with children and their parents with regular clinical supervision. I work in a creative way introducing choice to clients if they wish to work creatively or if they prefer talking therapy.
At the initial consultation I will work with you to understand your needs and develop an individual plan that suits your needs. In order to get the most from each session, it is important to develop an open and trustworthy environment. This will help you get the most from the session and feel in control of the work being done.
I am a Registered Counsellor with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), my Registration number is 735917.
I work according to the code and ethics of BACP.  As a Registered member of BACP I am bound by its Ethical Framework for good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I work Monday-Friday including evenings, and Saturday.
I offer individual, couple & family counselling, and in school counselling children and their parents with regular clinical supervision.
Please contact me if you have any queries.
If I am unable to answer your phone call please leave a message and I will contact you as soon as possible.
I may provide a home visit if it would be of benefit to you. I offer individual, couple, family counselling and Group Supervision. EAP's or organisations are also welcome to contact me.
